THE BACKGROUND

It was back in 1996 that the story of Chalet Morillon began, when Paulene and Andrew were enjoying a chalet holiday in Morzine. At dinner one night, and after too many bottles of wine, they decided it would be fantastic to run a chalet for the whole season.

Taking a career break, they worked in Courchevel - Le Praz and enjoyed it so much they returned the following season to La Tania.

They had clearly got the chalet bug, and realised it was what they wanted to do in the future. It was back to work in the UK - but a plan had been decided. They would open their own chalet.

7 years later they realised their dream after an exhaustive search for a suitable property and location.

Purchased in August 2004, the chalet underwent a huge renovation and opened its doors to the first guests on 24th December 2004.

THE TEAM

We will be recruiting for the 2011 season at the end of Summer.

If you fancy a winter in the Alps, cooking, cleaning and ski-ing, why not get in touch.

We will be looking for 3 helpers, - you don’t need any formal experience, just an extra dose of common sense, a very fflexibble attitude and the willingness to work  ridiculously hard for a pittance.
